PAYMENT QUESTIONS

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Currently we accept payment for our products using Interac eTransfer from a Canadian bank account. Orders will be processed after the e-transfer is received. We only accept eTransfer because credit card companies do not allow online sales for these types of products.
HOW DO I SEND AN E-TRANFER?

1. Log in to your banks online website or mobile banking app and navigate to Interac e-Transfer Send Money
2. Select the account you would like funds to be sent from
3. Add or select a contact and fill out the name and e-mail address of the person you wish to send money to.
4. Type in the specified amount you are sending, along with a personalized message (please write order number here). Enter a security question and answer, you will be provided the recipient email and security question/answer via email after placing your order.
5. We will receive a notification and will deposit the funds to our account.
* Once we’ve accepted your E-Transfer, you will be notified and we will begin preparing your order for shipment.

I HAVE SENT MY INTERAC E TRANSFER PAYMENT. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once you have sent your eTransfer, it may take up to 45 minutes for us to receive an email notifying us of your payment. Your eTransfer will be pending until we collect the eTransfer.

When your payment is received, your order will ship within 1 business day. Delivery by Canada Post Xpresspost will take 2-3 business days once it is shipped. You will receive your tracking number by email after it has been shipped.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?

We charge a flat rate of $20.00 for XPRESSPOST shipping Canada wide through Canada Post. *For customers who spend $150 or more on their order after discounts, shipping is FREE.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE THAT MY PRODUCT PACKAGE WILL ARRIVE AFTER ORDERING?

We suggest that you use a mailing address that you know is not compromised, is secure, and only you have access to receive the products that we mail to you. On very rare occasions, packages sent in the mail do go missing, but that applies to every industry. Once a package is shipped we will email you the tracking number.

WHAT IS THE CUT OFF TIME FOR ORDERS AND SHIPPING DAILY?

At 11am daily the orders for that day are cut off, and all pending paid orders are shipped and tracking numbers sent to waiting clients. If you place an order after 11am daily, that order is shipped the following business day. If you submit your order before 11am and your payment arrives after, the order will still go out the following business day

HOW DOES THE MAIL SERVICE TRACKING PROCESS WORK?

Every package sent via Xpresspost has a unique ID tracking number. This tracking number will show all of the details along the journey of the package. We send customers their tracking numbers in the late afternoon of the day that the items are shipped, as our shipping team(s) are out of the office with the packing slips until that time. Which means your mail order products will ship mid day, but the tracking numbers are not sent until later

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at (customer service EMAIL) with the desired changes and our team will take care of it for you. Please note that if you order has already been prepared for shipment, we are unable to change or cancel your order, so we kindly ask that you contact us immediately.
